Although many believe graffiti to be vandalism. Those people miss the asthetic beauty of a well done piece. Yes there is tagging and your avg Joe cannot relate. Only writers understand. So it causes friction. Defacing public or private property is not right. But legal work is creating art not destruction. judge for yourself, I think you'll like it.
